1. Section B.4 Phase-in (One Time Cost) (OWFN & TWFN) Period is changed from 8/01/2010 - 8131)2010 to 12/01/2010 - 12/31/2010.

2. Section B5 Base Year (OWFN & TWFN) Period is changed from 9101/2010 - 2/28/2011 to 1/1/2011 - 6/30/2011.

3. Section B.6 Option Year One (OWFN & TWFN) Period is changed from 3101/2011 -

2/28/2010 to 7/1/2011-6/30/2012.

4. Section B.7 Option Year Two (OWFN & TWFN) Period is changed from 3/011/2012 -

2/28/2013 to 7/1/2012-6/30/2013.

5, Section B.8 Option Year Three (OWFN & TWFN) Period is changed from 3/01/2013 -

2/28/2014 to 7/1/2013-6/30/2014.

6. Section B.9 Option Year Four (OWFN & TWFN) Period is changed from 3/01/2014 -

2/28/2015 to 711/2014-6/30/2015.

7. Section G. 1 Duration of Contract Period (Mar 1987) Alternate 2 (MAR 1987) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

This contract shall commence on 1 December 2010 and will expire on 30 June 2011. The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for an additional four years.

8. Section G.2 PROJECT OFFICER is changed from Arnold Deville to Harry Cepura and add Gregory Chicca and Steven Griffin as Alternate Officers.
