- 1. Section B.4 Phase-in (One Time Cost) (OWFN & TWFN) Period is changed from 8/01/2010 - 8131)2010 to 12/01/2010 - 12/31/2010.
- 2. Section B5 Base Year (OWFN & TWFN) Period is changed from 9101/2010 - 2/28/2011 to 1/1/2011 - 6/30/2011.

2/28/2013 to 7/1/2012-6/30/2013.

- 7. Section G. 1 Duration of Contract Period (Mar 1987) Alternate 2 (MAR 1987) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

This contract shall commence on 1 December 2010 and will expire on 30 June 2011. The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for an additional four years.
