By letter dated March 7, 2014 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML14071A419), Indiana Michigan Power Company submitted a license amendment request to modify technical specification (TS) Section 5.5.14, Containment Leakage Rate Testing. The purpose of this email is to provide the results of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs acceptance review of the submittal. The acceptance review was performed to determine if there is sufficient technical information in scope and depth to allow the NRC staff to complete its detailed technical review. By letter dated March 7, 2014 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML14071A419), Indiana Michigan Power Company submitted a license amendment request to modify technical specification (TS) Section 5.5.14, Containment Leakage Rate Testing. The purpose of this email is to provide the results of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staffs acceptance review of the submittal.
