DEBBIE ARNOLD SUPERVISOR DISTRICT FIVE In recent weeks, we have been informed of reports regarding the natural hazards that might affect the safe operation of the Diablo Canyon Power Plant {DCCP) located in San Luis Obispo County. Specifically, it has come to my attention that a tsunami hazard analysis by Dr. Robert Sewell was recently reviewed by NRC staff. I have heard from various constituents representing local advocacy groups during the public comment period of our recent County Board of Supervisors meetings that the NRC has refused to publicly disclose the findings of this report. I would like to respectfully request that the tsunami hazard study by Dr. Sewell be made available to the public for their review as soon as possible.
