STN 50-528/529/530 Submittal of Risk Assessment Procedure In response to a request from the NRC Staff, Arizona Public Service Company (APS) is providing the enclosed PVNGS procedure, "Assessment of Risk When Performing Maintenance," 30DP-9MT01, Revision 5. This procedure, which includes the plant configuration risk indicator matrix, is being provided to assist the Staff review of the proposed PVNGS Technical Specification amendments to extend the allowed outage times for the safety injection tanks, low pressure safety injection system, and emergency diesel generators. The proposed amendments were requested by APS in letter no. 102-03392-WLS/SAB/GAM to NRC, dated June 13, 1995.
