Enclosed is an application (XCOM1318), dated March 28, 2018, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), from Curtiss-Wright Corporation to export nuclear reactor components and associated equipment listed in Paragraphs 5 through 11 of Appendix A to 10 CFR Part 110, "Illustrative list of nuclear reactor equipment under NRC export licensing authority," for installation into pressurized water reactors at the Koeberg Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2 in Cape Town, South Africa.Assurances from South Africa that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of respective agreements for cooperation, are required.
