Dear Mr. Oehlbert,
Enclosed is an application from RSB Logistic Inc., dated December 31, 2018, requesting Amendment No. 09 to its existing export license XSOU8798/08. Since there are no changes to the terms and conditions of the existing license being requested, our office is processing this as a minor amendment. We intend to issue the requested license after the 30-day time period allotted for public review has expired, and it is determined that applicable export license criteria are met.
