PG&E is making the following regulatory commitment (as defined by NEI 99 04) in this letter: PG&E will submit a new LAR, which will include one of two options: 1) provide additional justification for the delayed 500 kV circuit, or 2) provide a design change to the 500 kV circuit that would include the addition of main generator output breakers that would make the 500 kV circuit an immediate source of offsite power. This LAR will be submitted by December 31,2013. If you have any questions, or require additional information, please contact Tom Baldwin at (805) 545-4720.
