The results were presented during the September 14, 1993 SALP meeting held at Surry. We appreciate having had the opportunity to meet with you on September 14, 1993 to discuss the assessment results. We have reviewed the initial SALP report and concur with your recognition of the high level of performance achieved by Virginia Power at Surry.
