Thank you for your email and interest in the webinar that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is sponsoring to discuss the status of the State of Wyoming's application to join the NRC's Agreement State Program.
Thank you for your email and interest in the webinar that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is sponsoring to discuss the status of the State of Wyomings application to join the NRCs Agreement State Program. The NRCs Agreement State Program allows the NRC to relinquish and a State to assume regulatory authority for certain types of nuclear material. The State of Wyoming has applied to assume regulatory authority for uranium recovery activities within the State.

The webinar, Update on the State of Wyoming Becoming an Agreement State is scheduled for Thursday April 26, 2018 at 3:00PM EDT.
