Lets schedule the webinar for April 26 at 3 pm EDT. The name of the webinar will be Update on the State of Wyoming Becoming an Agreement State. No camera, just audio with a PowerPoint presentation. I will be in the office that day, so lets conduct the webinar from an office that has a conference phone and computer screen.
Presenter: Duncan White, Senior Health Physicist, Agreement State Programs Branch Description of Webinar: The presentation will provide an update on the current status of the State of Wyoming applications to become an Agreement State. Topics to be covered in the webinar will include 1) an update on Wyomings progress in the Agreement application process over the last year; 2) the status and actions taken on the Programmatic Agreements and Memorandum of Agreements; and 3) the publication of the draft NRC staff
assessment of the Wyoming agreement application for public comment. The webinar will conclude with a question and answer session.
Like the last time, this will need to announced as a public meeting and notice placed on the NRC web site. This needs to be completed by April 11. If you could take the lead in putting the meeting notice together and getting it approved, I would appreciate it.

Who is sending the notice? Is it an AS letter? Is it email blast to certain tribes?
I can setup the Webinar stuff in Citrix and send you a registration link to add in the email or letter.
All I need from you is a Title of the Webinar, Few sentence Description, Name of Presenter, and date/time.
Also, will we need to have the Webinar with camera shot like when we did the Tribal Webinar last time? Typically, my Webinars do not use a camera, but I can set it up that way if you want.
