The Carlisle Regional Medical Center and Cumberland Goodwill Emergency Medical Services, Cumberland County, participated in the drill. ' There were no Level 1 Findings, Level 2 Findings, or Planning Issues identified during the drill. Based on the results of the exercise and a review of the off site radiological emergency response plans and procedures submitted, FEMA Region III has determined they are adequate (meet the planning and preparedness standards Revision 1, November 1980, as referenced in 44 CFR 350.5)'.:and there.lSreasonable assurance they can be implemented, as demonstrated during this exercise.
