U.S. Department of Homeland Security Region III One Independence Mall, 6th Floor 615 Chestnut Street Philadelphia, PA 19106-4404 FEMA Enclosed is the final After Action Report/Improvement Plan for the Three Mile Island Generating Station (TMI) Medical Services (MS-1) Drill that was evaluated on May 24, 2016. The Carlisle Regional Medical Center and Cumberland Goodwill Emergency Medical Services, Cumberland County, participated in the drill.

There were no Level 1 Findings, Level 2 Findings, or Planning Issues identified during the drill.

Based on the results of the exercise and a review of the off site radiological emergency response plans and procedures submitted, FEMA Region III has determined they are adequate (meet the planning and preparedness standards ofNUREG~0654/FEMA-REP-l, Revision 1, November 1980, as referenced in 44 CFR 350.5)'.:and there.lSreasonable assurance they can be implemented, as demonstrated during this exercise.
