Dear Ms. Melendez-Colon:

By conversation dated April 30, 2025 [1], Holtec requested a clarification call with NRC staff regarding the RAIs. A follow up call was held on July 16, 2025, where Holtec provided some updates regarding the RAIs. Holtec is pleased to submit the Follow-Up to Follow-Up responses to the HI-STORM UMAX Amendment 5 Requests for Additional Information (RAI) asked by staff and discussed in Ref [1].

This submittal includes a response to the RAIs as Attachment 1. The full set of impacted HI-STORM UMAX FSAR changed pages are included as Attachment 2. Attachment 3 contains a proprietary structural calculation package. Attachment 4 contains a proprietary thermal calculation package. Attachment 5 contains the changed CoC pages. Since Attachments 3, and 4 contain proprietary information, Attachment 6 contains an affidavit requesting that these documents be withheld from public disclosure.
