Possessing Facility Clearance for Orano USA LLC
Dear Tara Inverso:
Orano USA is submitting the enclosed Standard Practice Procedure Plan (SPPP) in support of our request to transition from a non-possessing NRC FCL (N4192) to a possessing FCL. The enclosed SPPP includes security-related sensitive information. As previously discussed with your office, this change is necessary so Orano USA can generate classified information that will be included in Orano USAs NRC license application.
Orano USAs Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) information, including Standard Form 328, Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests, was previously submitted to the NRC via the U.S. Department of Energy Electronic Submission Site.
