Change in proprietary nature of submitted correspondence

(1) Letter from J. A. Benjamin (AmerGen Energy Company, LLC) to U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated April 30, 2002 (2) Letter from M. P. Gallagher (AmerGen Energy Company, LLC) to U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated September 25, 2002 The purpose of this letter is to notify the NRC of a change in proprietary nature of previously submitted correspondence. In the Reference 1 letter, AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen), requested exemptions from 10CFR2.109(b) and 10CFR50.75(f)(2) involving license renewal and decommissioning cost estimates, respectively. Further, AmerGen requested that specific information provided in the Reference 1 letter be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790. Upon further review, we are withdrawing our request that this information be withheld from public disclosure. As such, the Reference 1 letter can now be treated as non-proprietary in its entirety.
It should be noted that AmerGen withdrew the Reference 1 exemption requests via the Reference 2 letter.
