One (1) Contractor was confirmed positive for Alcohol as a result of a For Cause drug and alcohol test.
2.
Five (5) Contractors were confirmed positive for Cocaine as a result of Pre-access drug and alcohol tests.
3.
Four (4) Contractors were confirmed positive for Marijuana as a result of Pre-access drug and alcohol tests.
4.
One (1) Contractor was confirmed positive for Marijuana as a result of a Random drug and alcohol test.
5.
One (1) Contractor tested positive for Alcohol as a result of a Random drug and alcohol test.
6.
One (1) Contractor Refused to submit to a Follow-up drug and alcohol test.
B.
Management Actions (in Response to Situation Descriptions)
The following actions were taken by management as a result of the above situation descriptions:
1.
Unescorted Access was immediately suspended and or denied.
2.
Substance Abuse Referrals:
All individuals were encouraged to obtain a substance abuse evaluation to determine proper treatment and rehabilitation.
3.
Review of work was performed to determine if there were any impacts on quality and safety. No impacts on quality and safety were identified by supervision.
C.
NRC Reportable Events (Per 10CFR Part 26.73)
There were no events during this performance data period that were determined to be reportable per 26.73.
