* For each cross-cutting area, which component(s) affect the finding?
* For each cross-cutting area component, which aspect(s) contribute most to the cause of the finding?
* How does the finding meet the requirements for documentation described in MC 0612 (eg, URI, NCV, NOV, )?
Prepare a presentation of your results and be ready to discuss the technical logic of your decisions.}}

Updated 6/11/12 WORKSHOP #5, Issue Screening Davis-Besse Loss of Feedwater Event Your TEAM assignment Part 1) The following observations from the Davis-Besse Loss of Feedwater Event (Workshop #4) have been determined to be Issues of Concern (IOCs):
