WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY Nuclear Radiation Center July 17, 2014 Document Control Desk U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD 20852-2738 The purpose of this letter is to inform the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (U.S. NRC) of a permanent change in the facility organization involving Level 1 management personnel.
The facility organization for the Washington State University research reactor (Facility Operating License R-76) is defined in Section 6.1 of the Technical Specifications for License R-76. Level 1 management is assigned to the Vice President for Research of Washington State University.
