Review of facility electrical Technical Specification surveillance requirements shows a requirement that offsite power sources be able to power onsite busses to be considered operable. With a fault on the bus, no source can power the bus, all are considered inoperable, hence T.S. 3.0.3 is the correct call rather than 3.8.1.1 & 3.8.2.1 as listed in the scenario guide Mr. Joe D' Antonio Joe this letter is to confirm that during the administration of the operating test for Limerick generating station between 1/19/2016 and 1/21/2016 SEG-6213E revOOl contained an error for the Tech. Spec. decision for event 3 011 bus lockout. After review between Operations management, training management and the lead exam author it was agreed that Tech. Spec. 3.03 is the appropriate determination for this condition.
