Mr. Crosslin, The NRC is finalizing a license amendment for Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN), Unit 2. Per 10 CFR 50.91(b), 10 CFR 50.91(b)(3) and (b)(4), we are notifying you of the proposed issuance. The amendment revises the completion date for WBN, Unit 2, Cyber Security Plan Implementation Schedule for Milestone 8, from March 31, 2017, to December 31, 2017.

The licensees submittal dated November 14, 2016, is available in ADAMS under Accession Nos. ML16320A161.

The amendment was noticed in the Federal Register on January 5, 2017 (82 FR 1370). See the attachment to this email. No public comments were received.

Please provide any comments regarding this license amendment to me no later than March 1, 2017. Please contact me if you have any questions.
