Upon initiating chlorination, permittee shall terminate all discharges from the recir-culating water system to the receiving water until the total residual chlorine concen-tration has been at or below 0.1 mg/1 for 15 minutes. | |||
The total time during which pH'values are outside this range shall not exceed 7 | |||
