Note 2 Note 3 Note 4 Note 5 The temperature of the recirculated",cooling water-blowdown shall not exceed, at any time, the lowest temperature of the recirculated cooling water prior to the addition of the makeup water, except that the temperature of the blowdown may be less than the temperature of the river.
Upon initiating chlorination, permittee shall terminate all discharges from the recir-culating water system to the receiving water until the total residual chlorine concen-tration has been at or below 0.1 mg/1 for 15 minutes.
The total time during which pH'values are outside this range shall not exceed 7
hours and 26 minutes in any calendar
- month, and no individual excursion shall exceed 60 minutes.
No excursions greater than 10.0 or lower than 5.5 are allowed.
Permittee shall include an alarm system for the pH control to provide an indication of any variance f'rom established limits.
During a period of major dust storm'ctivity, daily average flow up to 5,6 MGD is allowed.
