Letter G02-94-158, dated July 11, 1994, JV Parrish (SS)to NRC,"Cycle 10 Core Operating Limits Report (COLR)" In accordance with the requirements of WNP-2 Technical Specification 6.9.3.4, the Supply System is submitting Revision 1 to COLR 94-10.Revision 0 to COLR 94-10 was submitted to the NRC in the referenced letter.The WNP-2 Plant Operating Committee has reviewed and approved Revision 1 to COLR 94-10.Revision 1 to COLR 94-10 incorporates the re-evaluated Minimum Critical Power Ratio (MCPR)limits associated with the recirculation flow increase transient.
Previous flow dependent MCPR limits provided in Revision 0 assumed both recirculation loops would run-up simultaneously.
