1979, AEP:NRC:00145, ve filed an application for amendment to Facility License Hos.

DPR-58 and DPR-74 to incorporate the proposed changes into the RPI Technical Specifications for the Donald C.

Cook Nuclear Plant Unit Nos.

1 and 2.

As requested in his letter of July 16,

1979, a check in the amount of $2,800.00 accompanies Mr. Miller's copy of this transmittal.
