PP8L is evaluating for reportability in accordance with 10 CFR 50, a Part 21 Report received from American Warming and Yentilating regarding defects in workmanship and design of some wiring connections in ventilation dampers.

The principal problem is loose lugs on wires.

This problem was first identified at Limerick Generating Station This problem appears to be generic, Followup per NC 2512.
