Units 1 and 2 from RRI reportability in accordance with 10 CFR 50, a Part (DNs 50-387 21 Report received from American Warming and Yentilating and 50-388) regarding defects in workmanship and design of some wiring connections in ventilation dampers. The principal problem is loose lugs on wires. This problem was first identified at Limerick Generating Station This problem appears to be generic, General Gaiy L. Snyder, Assistant to the Director> is in Headquarters today instructing a portion of the Fundamentals of Inspection Course.
