Correct and calkbratable crimping tools have been obtained and te0ts, have been performed to evaluate and verify the performance of these tools.

3. AWV Mill,as dutcrained applicable based on site inspection, originate an inspection/repair procedure. Conduct LOOX inspection pur t'nxs procedure and repairgrcplace/correct all defects/deficiencies found.

Units 1 and 2 from RRI reportability in accordance with 10 CFR 50, a Part (DNs 50-387 21 Report received from American Warming and Yentilating and 50-388) regarding defects in workmanship and design of some wiring connections in ventilation dampers. The principal problem is loose lugs on wires. This problem was first identified at Limerick Generating Station This problem appears to be generic, General Gaiy L. Snyder, Assistant to the Director> is in Headquarters today instructing a portion of the Fundamentals of Inspection Course.
