Hevever, our censultant did not provide us with a ec=pleted ccpy of the report in sufficient time for our review prior to submittal, consequently a ec=plete submittal vill be delayed until Septe=ber 10, 1975 Please note that it has been determined that the subject water ha==ers can not occur with the piping laycut, piping design and procedures utilized at T'4I-1.
