DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 In response to your letter of May 15, 1975 and cur letters of M.v 31, 1975 and June 13, 1975 please be advised that the information that you requested regarding the possibility of " vater ha==er" cecurrence in the TMI-l feed system piping has been compiled. Hevever, our censultant did not provide us with a ec=pleted ccpy of the report in sufficient time for our review prior to submittal, consequently a ec=plete submittal vill be delayed until Septe=ber 10, 1975 Please note that it has been determined that the subject water ha==ers can not occur with the piping laycut, piping design and procedures utilized at T'4I-1.
Should you have any questiens regarding the above or regarding cur September 10, 1975 sub=ittal please contact me.
