m Pursuant to 10CFR50, $50.90, please find attached proposed changes to, the Oconee Nuclear Station Technical Specifications. The purpose of these revisions is to assure o;ieration of the Oconee Unit 3, Cycle 3 core within applicable fuel design and performance criteria. The proposed changes are shown in Attachment 1 as replacement pages for the Oconce. Nuclear Station Technical Specifications:

3.5.2 Control Rod Group and Power Distribution Limit Also attached is Babcock & Wilcox Report BAW-1453, "Oconee Unit 3, Cycle 3 Reload report". This report includes a summary of Cycle 3 operating parame?ers and contains the safety analyses supporting the operation of Oconec 3, Cycle 3 core at rated power in accordance with the Technical Specifications provided.
