Description of Occurrenec:
On August 23, 1976, during the review of surveillance test, it was found l
that the following tests were not conducted at the required surveillance interval.

Offsite power protective relaying interlocks and circuit I
weekly test scheduled for 1/30/76 and 2/13/76 were conduct

I on 2/4/76 and 2/10/76. The test sheeduled for 7/2/76 was not conducted. The weekly test also had not been conducted prior to criticality on 1/18/76, 6/19/76 and 6/28/76.

Diesel Generator protective relaying, starting interlocks and circuitry monthly test scheduled for 1/23/76, 2/20/76 and 3/19/76 were conducted on 2/4/76, 2/10/76 and 3/4/76.
Also, a monthly test had not been conducted prior to criticality on 6/19/76 and 6/28/75.
3s Station batteries and switchyard batteries quarterly tests were not conducted prior to heat up above 200F on 6/19/76 and 6/28/76.
