Dear Sir:

The NRC was notified of a potential reportable deficiency in Reference (A). Interim Reports were transmitted by References (B) and (C), and a time extension was requested by Reference (D). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by November 17, 1982..

Due to the evaluation required, it is now expected that this information I

will be finalized by December 9, 1982, when a complete report will be submitted.

There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.
