Inspection Repor; 50-254/93025; 50-265/93025 Enclosed is Commonwealth Edison's revision to the response to the Notice of Violation (NOV) transmitted with the referenced letter. The NOV cited four level IV violations involving; 1) missed 50.72 reporting, 2) inadequate corrective actions, 3) inadequate procedures and 4) inadequate test control of core spray valves.
In the response for the notice of violation for inadequate test control of core spray valves, the following commitment was made:
- 1) The test requirement to perform the high pressure seat leakage test each refueling outage will be added to the next revision of the IST program which is l
expected to be submitted by September 15,1994.
The station is revising the above commitment to 5/15/95 to allow for the completion of the independent assessment of the IST program and to allow for all recommended procedure changes to be incorporated by this time.
