Enclosed is the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Unit 2 Inservice Inspection Program (SQN SI-114.2, Rev. 0). The initisl draft of "Preservice Baseline Inspection and Inservice Inspection Program" for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant was submitted by letter from J. E. Gilleland to S. A. Varga dated August 23, 1977. Subsequent revisions and updates have been submitted to the NRC to respond to NRC questions. As requested by the April 14, 1980 letter from Charles E. Murphy to H. G. Parris, additional changes resulting from implementation of the inservice inspection program will be submitted if necessary. The inservice inspection program for unit 1 (SI-114.1) was submitted to the NRC by L. M. Mills' November 2,1982 letter to you.

The inservice and inspection program, SI-114.2, is applicable for our Sequoyah Nuclear Plant unit 2 only and outlines the requirements for performing the first 10-year interval inservice nondestructive examinations for ASME Code Class 1, 2, and 3 components containing water, steam, or radioactive material. The inservico and inspection program is based on the 1977 Edition and Summer 1978 Adenda of Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code A.
