Dear Mr. Denton:
This letter is in response to the above referenced letter from Mr. S. A. Varga of your staff.
Mr. Varga's letter addressed the NRC Safety Evaluation Report (SER) on the Masonry Wall Design evaluation which was performed in accordance with the NRC IE Bulletin 80-11.
