HC HTEXCH D Plant was shutdown due to high conductivity caused by condenser tube leaks.

It was determined there were nine (9) relatively ninor tube leaks and one (1) major leak. The cause of leakage was determined the leaking tubes were plugged and the condenser returned to service.
