Enclosed for your infonnation is Revision 27 of YOQAP-I-A. This revision addresses clarifications and updates to our Quality Assurance Pmgram for Yankee (Reference (a)) arxl Vennont Yankee (Reference (b)).

An evaluation has been performed on these changes to determine if any requirements in the previously NRC-approved QA Program were deleted or made less effective, and thereby constitute a reduction of commitments. 'Ihis evaluation also evaluated the revised program against the criteria contained within 10CFR50, Appendix B.

'Ihe changes involved are all considered organizational updates, clarifications resulting from realignment of responsibilities, title changes or program ownership, and do not constitute a reduction in corr,mitments and continue to satisfy the criteria of 10CFR50, Appendix B. (See Attachment A for a description of these changes.)
