The Babcock & Wilcox Cbnpany, Naval Nuclear Fuel Division requests renewal of the Certificate of Omipliance 5088 for shipping container USV5088/AF previously held by Ibckwell International, 8900 DeSoto Avenue, Canager Park, CA 91304, which expires October 31, 1985. Since B&W is the sole manufacturer of university elements, and the primary user of the 5088 containers, please change item 3 of the certificate accordingly.

Babcock & Wilcox Chupany P. O. Box 785 Lynchburg, VA 24505 B&W accepts the responsibility for maintaining the certificate and is in agreement with the conditions and requirements identified in item 5 of the certificate.

Enclosed is a check in the anount of $150.00 to cover the renewal fee required by 10 CFR 170.31.
