Since B&W is the sole manufacturer of university elements, and the primary user of the 5088 containers, please change item 3 of the certificate accordingly.
Babcock & Wilcox Chupany P. O. Box 785 Lynchburg, VA 24505 B&W accepts the responsibility for maintaining the certificate and is in agreement with the conditions and requirements identified in item 5 of the certificate.
