A Discussion, Justification and No Significar.t Hazards Consideration Analysis, which' demonstrates that the proposed change does not involve significant hazards considerations, was submitted in the Application for Amendment dated July 25, 1997. Attachment B provides a revised page 1 of the Discussion, Justification and No Significant Hazards Consideration.
