NRC License SNM 1227 Enclosed, for your information, are six copies of changes to Part 11 of the subject license. The main changes are those to chapter 11 associated with Amendments 5 and 7 issued August 29 and October 3,1997, respectively. Specifically the revised pages included are 91,9-6,97 and 11 1 through 1150 (the total chapter) to account for the organ:.ational chariges and page 14 9 to correct a symbol error in Table ll 14.2.

Also included are six copies of page 1-10 to reflect the addition of the Operations Scrap Warehouse, Amendment 6 dated January 15,1998.

The revisions to affected pages are denoted by a vertical line in the right margin.
