ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR - AMENDMENT NO. 75, FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. NPF-7, NORTH ANNA POWER STATION, UNIT NO.?

On December 30, 1986, Amendments No. 84 and No. 75 were issued to Facility Operating Licenses No. NPF-4 and No. NPF_7 for the North Anna Power Station, Units No. I and No. ? (NA-1&21 The amendments changed the license expiration dates to April 1, 2018 and August P1, ?090 for NA-1A2, respectively.

Due to an administrative error, page 2 to Amendment No. 75 for NA-2. incorrectly specifies Paragraph 2.H as the paraaraoh amended; the paragraph amended should read 2.I.

Fnclosed you will find the corrected page 9 for License Amendent No. 75 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-7 for NA-?.

Please insert the enclosed corrected page in lieu of the page 2 provided at the time of issuance.
