INSPECTION REPORT (AGREEMENT STATE LICENSE - ALA. 368/87-01) 0F 10 CFR 150.20 ACTIVITIES This refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection of PTL Inspectorate, Inc., conducted by Ms. C. Connell on February 4, 1987, at Fort McClellan, AL. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with Mr. L. Patterson, Radiographer.
