This letter refers to a discussion between Mr. F. Arsenault, Senior Security Specialist of your Nuclear Security Staff at the D. C. Cook Plant and Mr. T. J. The PIP provided a broad approach to improving the long-term effectiveness of the security program at the D. C. Cook site.
