Item B.5(a), has been discussed with Mr. Carl Garrison by Mr. Lasky of my staff during telephone conversations on October 8, 10 and 15, 1986. To close out this nonconformance related to activation energy for ethylene propylene material, NTS needs to provide a basis for the activation energy used.
