We have received your November 7,1986 application for a permanent exemption from the annual fees of 10 CFR 171 for your Big Rock Point Plant. Your application will be reviewed as soon as possible.
As indicated in the terms and conditions of Invoice No. F0085 which has been sent to you and as your letter recognizes, the filing of the exemption request will not extend the due date for the first quarterly payment of $237,500.
