STEAM GENERATOR TUBE LEAK The licensee reported that Unit 1 was shutdown this morning due to a primary to secondary leak in the "A" steam generator. The leak-age increased from 116 gallons per day at 3:15 a.m. to 560 gallons per day at 5:00 a.m. on September 20, 1978. The Technical Specification l                   requires the plant to be placed in cold shutdown within 30 hours if l                   the leakage exceeds 500 gallons per day.
