At a May 10. 1989 meeting between senior NRC and NUMARC managers who oversee the Technical Specifications Improvement Program, Mr. Murry Edelman requested written confirmation of the NRC policy on fees for the review of the new Standard Technical Specifications (STS) and the Technical Specifications for the lead plants.
