Application for Amendment of Operating License Enclosed please find Omaha Public Power District's " Application for Amendment of Operating License" which seeks to amend a license condition in the SER for Technical Specification Amendment 40 (Reference 3). The changes requested pertain to turbine building fire water curtain installation requirements.
Attachment A contains a markup reflecting the requested changes to the pages of the SER. Attachment B provides a discussion and justification for the changes and a "No Significant Hazards Consideration Analysis." These changes have been discussed previously with the NRC. Accordingly, OPPD respectfully requests that the Amendment become effective upon the date of issuance.
