The Commission has i: sued the enclosed Amendment No.107 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application transmitted-by letter dated October 25, 1988.
